Refund policy

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided:

• The item is unused.
• It’s in its original condition.
• All packaging is included.
• It hasn’t been damaged.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty.

Faulty Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.

We’ll arrange:

• A replacement, or
• A refund

at no additional cost.
